Northbridge now allows the lot owner to select their own builder.  This is a change from the policy under the previous owner and provides lot owners with the opportunity to find the builder that works best for them.   This doesn't mean that the Northbridge HOA will allow substandard construction.  Each builder must still be approved by the HOA board.  The minimum house size is 2,750 ft² but please see the CC&Rs to understand the style and construction requirements for homes built in the subdivision.
